I have always combined my studies and research with teaching at Italian and International universities and institutes.
I was a lecturer in Education at the University of Florence.
I taught at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and Brescia for a number of years. First as an Assistant Lecturer in Occupational Psychology in the Faculty of Economics and Commerce, then as a temporary lecturer contracted to teach the “Adult Learning” course in the Training Faculty, and lastly as head of the Group Leadership area of the Education Faculty’s Teaching Theory Department.
I was a Visiting Professor at the Psychology Faculty firstly of the University of Rijeka in Croatia, and then of the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia.
I coordinated the Milan “Statale” University Faculty of Medicine’s Advanced Course in Psycho-neuro-endocrino-immunology.
I have designed and run courses in General Psychology, Psychosociology, Group Psychology and Education at many Institutes and Schools.
I am a Lecturer at the LUISS Business School in Rome, where I am teaching a course on “Decision Making for family Businesses” in the 2017-2018 academic year.
I work with INSEAD’s Corporate Governance Initiative Centre on a dedicated research programme on the role of the Chairman worldwide.
