I have always combined my study and research activity with teaching at Italian and international universities and institutes.

I am currently Professor of Practice in Leadership and Corporate Values, Director of the Master in Human Resources and Co-Director of the “Fashion Hr Summer School” at the LUISS Business School in Rome.

I also cooperate with INSEAD’s Corporate Governance Initiative Centre in a specific research programme on the role of Chairmen in the global arena.

Previously, I was a lecturer at Sda Bocconi School of Management, in Organisation and Public Administration and Business Strategy and I taught Pedagogy at the University of Florence.

I have worked for several years with the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and Brescia. First as Assistant Professor for the Chair of Work Psychology at the Faculty of Economics and Business; then as Contract Professor for the course “Adult Learning” at the Faculty of Education Sciences; finally as Head of the Group Conducting area of the Department of Pedagogy at the Faculty of Education Sciences.

I have been a Visiting Professor in the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Rijeka in Croatia and later at the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia.

For the State University of Milan, I was co-coordinator of the postgraduate course in Psycho-neuro-endocrine immunology at the Faculty of Medicine.

I have designed and managed training courses in General Psychology, Psychosociology, Group Psychology and Pedagogy at many Institutes and Schools.

I have managed courses for members of Boards of Directors in Lse Borsa
