International Board Advisor and Change Consultant, Anna Zanardi is an expert in organisational and managerial transformation at a global level and advises top management of listed and private companies, non-profit institutions and government agencies in the facilitation and development of decision-making processes with particular attention to individual well-being and corporate organisation.
She has worked with over 100 Chief Executive Officers and teams in international companies, 18 of which are in the top 500 of the Fortune Global 500.
She operates in accordance with the ethical principles declared in the IOA-International Ombuds Association ensuring Neutrality, Independence and Confidentiality.
She combines her professional activities with writing and teaching. She is the author of more than 20 books on leadership and she is also Professor of Practice in Leadership and Corporate Values at the Luiss Business School in Rome and director of the Master in Human Resources, as well as lecturer at the Board Academy at the same university. She provides consulting services in Italian, German, English, French, Spanish and Russian.
