Anna Zanardi graduated first in Economics and Commerce, then in Psychology. She majored in Systemic Communication at the Mental Research Institute in Palo Alto. She attended the post-graduate course in Systemic Psychology at Stanford University, Berkeley; and graduated from the course in Expressive and Artistic Therapies at Lesley College, Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She obtained a Masters in Neuro-linguistic Programming from Trenton College, New Jersey while gaining occupational consulting experience at the Mental Research Institute and working with the staff of Watzlawick and Fish developing organizational counseling programs.
On her return to Italy she attended the 2-year post-graduate course in Psycho-sociology at the APS Studio under Professor Kaneklin and the Erich Fromm Post-graduate School in Dynamic Psychology in Florence. Following a course in the Psychology of Mourning with Elisabeth Kubler Ross, she completed her Ph.D in Psychology at the University of Lubiana, where she worked for two years as a visiting professor.
Her work has always involved both clinical activity and organizational consulting, either through major consulting companies or directly with multinational clients. She has taught as a short-term lecturer at various Italian and foreign universities, as well as in the most important European business schools.
She has written the first italian book about Coaching and her coaching training started in USA during the '80.
Anna Zanardi operates in the following languages: Italian (native speaker), German (native speaker), French, English, Spanish and Russian.
Professional Affiliations
She is officially registered as a psychologist and as a journalist. She is a member of EAP, the European Association of Psychotherapists. She is also registered with FAIP (the Federation of Italian Psychotherapists' Associations) as both a Counselor and a Counselor Trainer. She is also on the Slovenian Register of Psychologists. She is a ICF - International Coach Federation member.
