- the alignment of organizations experimenting a changing phase (change management), in order to guarantee that strategies, processes, clients and people converge into a clear and univocal enterprise project.
- the organizational culture structure measurement, profiling and modification, to optimize the resource management and the satisfaction of those involved in daily work, from top management downwards
- coaching and team coaching to facilitate decisional processes, relocation of single functions such as the HR, new and complex learning processes, talents enhancement and anything dealing with people's dimension within organizations.
