FAMILY GROUP SESSIONS

An innovative group technique developed by the German Bert Hellinger, in whose school Anna Zanardi Cappon trained from 2000 onwards. It is especially useful for investigating problems linked to relationships within the family and exploring the causes of behaviors inherited, almost always unconsciously, from the past of one's own family system. With the help of suitable tools, it is possible to conduct individual sessions for family groups or to take part in the groups periodically.
