Anna Zanardi Cappon has always operated on two fronts, the clinical and the organizational one. Her consultancy activities, aimed at facilitating executive committees, aligning management and cultural change within an organization, are structured on the basis of the individual needs of businesses and therefore difficult to summarize. Every business needs a deep analysis in order to implement a customised change management project. The clinical activity takes place with groups organized throughout Italy and abroad as well as in individual sessions by appointment in Italy and Ticino, Switzerland.
From March 1st, Anna Zanardi Cappon will receive every Monday on appointment only at her new office in Lugano.
